COFCO International tries to get listed in A shares market, not consider issuing

Zhou Mingcheng, chairman of COFCO, said its subsidiary COFCO International (0506) was trying to get listed in China mainland by issuing A shares and it was now in talks with Investment Bank and CSRC. When the company can be listed depended on the relevant policies of China, said Mr Zhou, but he stressed except for issuing A shares, the company did not consider issuing CDR at present.
