Everbest Century to invest HK$30-90 mln to add 9-27% shares in power plant

Everbest Century Holdings (0578) announced that it suggested Chairman Chan Chun Keung to acquire 9-27% shares in a Fujian-based electric power plant at a total price of HK$30-90 mln. The Board is considering relevant acquisition.

The company now holds 12.6% shares of the power plant.
