David Webb suggests HK-listed firms make quarterly exposure of financial data

David Webb, online financial commentator and member of Takeovers & Mergers Panel (SFC), suggested HK-listed expose the financial data quarterly instead of the current once in a half year as Mainland securities regulatory authority has demanded Mainland listed companies to uncover their financial data quarterly from next year. Hong Kong exposure standards of financial data will fall behind Mainland if no action taken.
