SmarTone to submit proposal letter after bidding of 3G licenses being finished

CEO of SmarTone Telecommunications (0315) revealed that the company once suggested HK government permitting 3G operators to set up networks jointly, but the company would submit the exact proposal letter to Telecom Management Department after the bidding for 3G licenses was finished.
