NTT DoCoMo plans to get listed in New York in September

NTT DoCoMo, the biggest mobile phones company in Japan, planned to get listed in the form of ADR in New York in September. 

If DoCoMo invest in the US or increase the shareholding of AT & T Wireless, it might increase the funds raising channels of DoCoMo. At present, DoCoMo holds 16% shareholding in AT & T. Besides, DoCoMo has made a series of acquisition moves overseas, involving 1.8 trillion yen (circa US$14.9 bln) inn the past one year.  

Once NTT DoCoMo was successfully listed, it would be helpful for the company to develop interact Internet service business in the USA together with AT & T.
