Kith Holdings to issue 1-for-5 bonus warrants

Kith Holdings (1201) proposed to issue 1-for-5 bonus warrants at an initial exercise price of HK$2.2 each, 33.33% discount to the closing price of HK$1.65. The warrants will be mature at the end of June, 2004.
