eCyberChin.net acquires 20% shares in telecom company at HK$40 mln

eCyberChin.net (0254) announced that it acquired 20% shares in Sky Citi-Link from Asia Tele-Net and Technology Corporation Limited at a price of HK$40 mln. The payment would be made by issuing of 40 mln new shares at HK$1 each, which registered a discount of 6.54% of the closing price of HK$1.07 yesterday.
