Everbest Century rights issues receives 57.57% subscription

Everbest Century Holdings (0578) announced that 57.57% of its open offer had received subscription. As the shares were undersubscribed, the underwriter Shenyin Wanguo had urged the investors to subscribe the rest 1.319 bln.
