Beijing Enterprises Holdings (0392) Executive Vice Chairman Xiong Da Xin said that the board has set the target that a double-digit after-tax profit growth should be reached and the business in the first-half would develop towards this target. The company would make Beijing Development (HK) (0154) the flagship of IT development and inject IT projects into the company.
