Beijing Enterprises signs US$180 mln loan for refinancing and acquisition

Beijing Enterprises Holdings (0392) secured a syndicated loan worth US$180 mln, thus increasing its cash in hand to HK$4 bln, which would be used for acquisition of beer business and other new projects.
