New Rank City to cash HK$2.3 bln by selling BJ Securities Mansion

CEO of New Rank City Development (0456), which is engaged in developing the properties in Beijing, said it was now in talks with financial consultant over determining the price of selling Beijing Securities Mansion and US$300 mln (circa HK$2.34 bln) would be cashed if the dealing succeeded.
