Acquisition of subsidiary EEIC by Elec & Eltek becomes nil condition

Elec & Eltek International (0033) announced the results of the partial acquisition of EEIC, the Singapore-listed subsidiary of Elec & Eltek International. By 11:00 pm today, the effective acquired shares were about 30.55 mln, representing 99.6% of the inclined acquisition by the independent shareholders, so the acquisition became nil condition. 

The company noted the acquisition was officially stopped at 3:30 am today.
