ICG to restructure shareholding and make entry into petrochemical project

Local newspaper reported that Hutchison Whampoa Ltd (0013), which is considering increasing shareholding in ICG Asia (0715), planned to invest HK$1.2 bln from ICG to participate in petrochemical project.
