Automated Systems plans to spin off ELM for listing on GEM

Automated Systems Holdings (0771) announced it was considering spinning off its wholly owned subsidiary ELM for listing on GEM and the company would also hold a special board meeting to ratify relevant proposals of spinning off and shares converting.
