China Merchants considers spinning off highway project to list in A-share market

Zhao Hu Xiang, managing director of China Merchants (International)  (0144), said the company is studying several schemes to spin off highway project to list in Hong Kong or mainland A-share market but there is no concrete plan yet. He said if the company spins off the project to list in mainland A-share market, the company will enjoy comparatively high earnings ratio.
