Nam Fong International reaches agreement to pay off HK$18.21mln legal cost

Nam Fong International (1176) announced that company has reached consensus and signed legal bounded agreements with creditor for paying off HK$18.21mln legal cost

Previously, the company was claimed for HK$18.21mln legal cost.

The company has paid HK$1.5mln for rates and will pay HK$18.21mln for cost and HK$820,000 for rates by three installments in July, August and September. If the company cannot pay off debts, the creditor can ask the company to pay off all debts immediately.
