Hi Sun applies to Australian stock exchange for delisting

Hi Sun Holdings (0818) announced that it had applied to the Australian stock exchange for delisting on June 15. The company pointed out that less than 9% of issued shares was held by shareholders registered at the Australian share transfer registration office, among which less than 3% was held by the locals and entities.
