Town Health decreases placed shares to 34 mln and raised capital to HK$15.3 mln

After postponing the completion date of placing 50 mln shares twice, Town Health International (8138) announced to enter in a complemented agreement on June 15 about decreasing the placed shares from 50 mln shares to 34 mln. The issued new shares accounted for 7.83% of the enlarged shares capital and the shareholding held by the leading shareholder of Town Health International decreased from 49.12% to 41.58%. Furthermore, the raised capital would decrease from HK$22.5 mln to HK$15.3 mln and the net proceeds would decrease to HK$14.28 mln.
