China Everbright International sells stake of HK Construction at HK$1.66 each

Hong Kong Construction said China Everbright International have agreed to sell 114mln shares of the company to Shanghai Construction at HK$1.66 each. China Everbright International is the controlling shareholder of Hong Kong Construction. China Everbright International will sell another 3mln share to some independent institutions before the completion of selling above mentioned shares.
