Roadshow to issue 240 mln shares to raise HK$400 mln

Roadshow (0888) planned to get listed on the main board. It planned to issue 240 mln shares at HK$1.69-2.25 each to raise HK$410 mln (based on the issue price of HK$1.69 each), of which  HK$180 mln would be used to buy the mobile media system equipments, HK$173 mln for developing the orientation system of the global satellites and HK$60 mln would be used for acquiring or investing in the related business, products and technology
