Digital World rumored to issue 100mln new shrs

According to informed sources, Digital World (0109) will issue 100mln new shares to acquire a mainland transportation. At HK$0.31, the price before suspension, the acquisition will involve about HK$31mln. Digital World has issued 640mln shares and new shares have accounted for 15.6% of issued share capital and 13.5% of expanded share capital.
