Renren Media to launch online A B share trading services in two weeks

Mak Chi Yeung, executive director of Renren Media (0059), said the company is in talks on acquiring several projects. He said the future acquisitions and merges will be carried out with cashes and shares. He said with near HK$100mln in hand there is no fund raising necessity in short run. He expected the company to stop loss this year.

He added that the company will focus on the development of businesses with profit outlook. In two weeks the company will announce to launch online A B share trading services with mainland securities companies and trading platforms will be set at networks of Renren Media.
