Capital International Airport rumored to hold 25% of Xianyang Aorport

It was reported that Xi¡Šan Xianyang Airport had signed letters of intent with four enterprises including Beijing Capital International Airport (0694), and accordingly Xianyang Airport would be transformed from state-owned airport to stock airport. 

It was revealed that the five corporations would jointly form a company named as Xi¡Šan Xianyang International Airport Ltd. and the exact proportion of the shareholding and the shareholders would be finally decided by CAAC. It was also reported that Beijing Capital International Airport held 25% shareholding of Xi¡Šan Xianyang International Airport.
