Talks on windows transfer Internet operating system fail
Microsoft and Time Warner AOL announced last Saturday that the negotiations on windows transfer Internet operating system failed, for the two sides cannot reach consensus on many issues. The talks had continued for several weeks. Microsoft said that Time Warner AOL cannot reach agreement at the information service software with Microsoft and was unwilling to pay relevant charges and support Microsoft¡¦s digital video technology service, while AOL claimed that both sides just can not agree on the issue of digital media.
