Yugang International to raise HK$26.4mln by the warrants placement

Market news said that Yugang International (0613) planned to place1.32bln warrants at 2 HK cents each to riase HK$26.4mln. The 2-year warrants will exchange one share of Yugang at 9 HK cents.
