DATRONIX obtains 37.5-time over-subscription

DATRONIX (0889) announced that the open offer has obtained 37.5-time over-subscription and placed shares have also been fully subscripted.

DATRONIX sold 20 mln shares and placed 60 mln shares at HK$1 each to raise HK$80 mln. The net raised fund stood at HK$68 mln.
