Dah Hwa International places 50 mln new shares at HK$0.13 each to raise HK$6.5 m

Dah Hwa International (0600) announced to place 50 mln new shares at HK$0.13 each to raise HK$6.5 mln with net proceeds of HK$6.05 mln, which would be earmarked for general operation capital. 

The placing price has 24.85% discount to the closing price of HK$0.173 yesterday and the placed shares account for 6.58% of the enlarged share capital. After the dealing, the shareholding held by the leading shareholders will decrease from 58.85% to 54.98%. The placement agency is Time Securities Company Limited.
