Multifield International chairman reduces 120 mln shares

Multifield International Holdings (0898) leading shareholder Power Resources Holdings Limited has applied to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong for reduction of shareholding of 120 mln shares, and its executive chairman and managing director also disposed the same amount.
