eCyberChin.net: proposal on share subdivided to be effective today

eCyberChin.net (0254) announced the Special General Meeting held on June 18 has approved the proposal to subdivide a share with HK$1 par value into five shares with HK$0.2 par value and subdivide a trade unit of 2000 shares into 5000 shares. Legal share capital will be increased from HK$400mln to HK$600mln. The proposal will be effective on June 19,2000 and the stock will be traded under the code of 2965.
