Concord: 90.25% shares of independent shareholders accepts privatization proposa

Pacific Concord (0438) and Concord Land Development (1121) made united announcement that acquisition of Concord Land Development was terminated at nine oˇ¦clock this morning. At the end of yesterday, about 283.4mln shares of Concord Land Development were accepted, representing 22.49% of total shares or 90.25% of stake of independent shareholders.
