Timeless acquires 23.08% stake in West Electronic Business at RMB70.35mln

Timeless software (8028) announced to acquire 23.08% proceeds in the West Electronic Business for RMB70.35mln, of which RMB21.105mln will be paid by cash and the rest by 44.43mln shares at HK$1.043 each. The company resumed trading today.
