China United major shareholder purchases more 30 mln shares

China United Holdings (0273) declared that its major shareholder Radford Developments Limited purchased 30 mln shares at HK$0.013 each, which accounted for 0.17% of the expanded shares. Radford holds 5.987 bln shares in China United, representing 33.16% of the issued shares.

Radford said that it would make further purchase given reasonable price and conditions.
