Capital Airport to finalize acquisition of 25% stake in Xian Airport for RMB75ml

Beijing Capital International Airport (0694) will finalize acquisition of 25% proceeds in Xian Xianyan Airport with a investment of HK$75mln soon. After acquisition, Xian Xianyan Airport, Beijing Capital International Airport and Shenzhen International Airport will set a holding company with shareholding of 51%, 25% and 20% respectively and the rest 4% will be shared by another two mainland airports, registration capital amounting to RMB300mln.
