Tack Hsin clarifies the number of shares held by vice chairman

Tack Hsin Holdings (0611) clarifies that its vice chairman and director Kung Wing-yu held 7.802mln shares at late September of last year instead of 13.802 mln shares carried in the annual report of 2000.
