TCC and controlling shareholder amends clauses on cement supply

TCC International (1136) announced to amend clauses on cement supply with its controlling shareholder Taiwan Cement. The supplementary agreement stipulates that the actual total price of products sourced from Taiwan in any one year and a half years should be lower than that of Taiwan standard. Then the company need not pay off relevant balance according to original agreements.
