Wireless InterNetworks gets several restructuring proposal

Wireless InterNetworks (0261) said the receiver and major shareholders have been contacted for restructuring proposal, and the company began to conduct further talks in hope of reaching agreement on restructuring clauses. Relevant restructuring might lead changes in controlling shareholding. But at present no agreement was reached yet.
