Hutchison Telecom (Australia )enter into agreement with Ericsson AB

According to reports, Hutchison Telecom, the subsidiary of Hutchison Whampoa (0013), has entered into an agreement with Ericsson AB for a US$434mln contract. Ericsson AB will set up a high-speed wireless internets for Hutchison Telecom (Australia) for 4 years.

Now, Hutchison Whampoa (0013) holds 58% shareholding in Hutchison Telecom and Telecom Corp, the partner in New Zealand, will invest Aud$1000mln in the project.
