First Tractor enters into renewed and supplementary agreements with shareholders

First Tractor (0038) announced that its subsidiary has entered into five renewed agreements and three supplementary agreements with the controlling shareholder China First Tractor Group Company Limited and Yituo International Economic and Trade Company Limited, the subsidiary of China First Tractor.

Relevant amended agreements and supplementary agreements are subject to the approval of shareholder meeting. The notification will be send to shareholders ASAP.
