New Asia Realty and Trust net profit down 64% to HK$240 mln

New Asia Realty and Trust (0049) announced the annual earnings report ended March 31 of this year. Its net profit plummeted 64% to HK$240 mln, final dividend was 5 HK cents and turnover slipped 36.4% to HK$1.93 bln. The provision for the project of Realty Development (0077) surged to HK$338 mln.
