Lei Shing Hong receives 99.37% subscription for its warrants

Lei Shing Hong (0238) announced it had received 26 available acceptances for its warrants, involving 189 mln warrants, which account for 99.37% of the placed total. The underwriter impelled a subscriber to subscribe the rest 1.2 mln warrants. 

The warrants are expected to begin trading in HKEx on June 22.
