SYSCAN Technology terminates acquiring Han's Laser

SYSCAN Technology Holdings (8083) announced that as it had not entered into any
 agreements with the shareholders of Han¡¦s Laser over the conditions of 
increasing the stake of Han¡¦s Laser, the company decided to stop acquiring 49%
