Moody's says HK commercial housing has stable outlook this year

Moody's Investors Service said this year the outlook of  Hong Kong commercial housing market is stable, which will support the stable ratings for the outlook of Hong Kong property company. Moodyˇ¦s said although the market slowed down demand on the lease of business building, the rental for commercial housing is expected to go up and  increases rental income of property company.
