EganaGoldpfil in talks of acquiring two watch businesses

EganaGoldpfil (0857) said the company is in talks on acquiring two watch businesses, of which one is a German jewelry company and the other one is an international watch company.  The company hopes to complete the acquisition this year. The company also said there is no necessary to raise fund for the acquisition which could be handled by internal sources.



At present, with HK$500mln cash on hand, the debt rate of the company is 60%.
