EganaGoldpfeil to invest HK$500 mln to purchase two companies

Hans Joery Seeberger, Chairman with EganaGoldpfeil (Holdings) (0048), declared
 that the company would settle down the purchase of two companies at a price of
 HK$500 mln in several weeks. The two companies are a German company involved 
in jewellery business and an international company specialized in watch
