ICTSI suspends pending announcement on transaction with Hutchison Whampoa

Philippine-listed International Container Terminal Services Inc. (ICTSI) suspended this morning pending on an announcement on disposing of international business.

ICTSI said yesterday the company has finalized the disposing of overseas business to Hutchision Port, the subsidiary of Hutchison Whampoa (0013), at US$400mln.
