Computer & Technologies acquires Accuasset Investment at HK$60mln

Computer & Technologies (0046) declared that the company planned to acquire all shareholding of Accuasset Investment, the computer applicable scheme provider at HK$60mln. The company will acquire 33mln new shares of Accuasset at HK$12.25mln.
