Luen Cheong Tai delays posting acquisition notice till July 5

Luen Cheong Tai International Holdings (1190) announced it had applied to the Exchange to delay posting the acquisition notice till July 5, for the acquisition agreement announced on May 31 needed further talks with the seller.
