Computer & Technologies wholly acquires IPL-BVI for HK$72.55mln

Computer & Technologies (0046) announced to acquire the whole shareholding of IPL-BVI at the cost of HK$72.55mln. After transaction, Computer & Technologies will own 99% stake in IPL Holding and the rest 1% will be kept by the seller.
