China Unicom: authority claims not to issue third mobile phones license

China authority claimed it would not issue the third mobile phones license in short term and the problems related with 3G licenses and 2G improvement were also in talks, and no final results were worked out, said Wang Jianzhou, executive director of China Unicom (0762).
