China Unicom appoints MS & CICC as financing advisors

China Unicom (0762) Executive Director and Executive Vice-President Shi Cuiming pointed out that financing plan for the acquisition of the mobile phone network from the parent company is carrying out and the company has appointed Morgan Stanley and China International Capital Corporation as the global coordinators. the other three region such as US and Europe will be handled by JP Morgan, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Deutsche Bank.
